Critical Business School 2027

In 2027, Critical Business School moves to a residency model. Each quarter, the program relocates to a different studio or institution in New York City, so members work inside a new creative practice every few months.

How the year works

The core course on the self, transformation, and leadership continues as a small, in-person group. Each quarter is hosted by a different studio or institution, which shapes the setting and the conversations for those months. Venues are announced as each residency is confirmed.

Q1: SOFTlab

The year begins at SOFTlab, the design and architecture studio at 34 West 27th Street in Manhattan.

• Dates: January 4 to March 25, 2027
• Schedule: Mondays and Thursdays, 1:00 to 2:30 PM
• Group size: 8 to 10 people
• Cost: $500 per month

Q2 to Q4

Venues for the rest of the year will be announced as each residency is confirmed.

2026 at Index

The 2026 program at Index in Greenpoint runs through the end of December. Current members continue there until the move.
