Similarly, to learn, we must integrate knowledge into our understanding and experience of being. Knowledge can either be memorized or embodied. If we seek integration (/embodiment), we must extract meaning from someone else’s thoughts and weave them into ours. Essentially answering, (1) what does this (/book, talk) mean, (2) for me? In the process, we learn something new about ourselves. Rather than loading sealed boxes of facts on top of our intuition, we weave it in different ways and in various domains of thinking.
