Do you view yourself as protected from change? When we work with or for companies, it is easy to think that creativity is only in service of them, the client, but as providers, we exist in another sphere, needless of any reflection or development.
Of course, this is a Taylorist image turned on its head. In a factory of change, we are the managers, and our clients are on the factory floor.
