On 'what-if' and 'should-I' questions

We ask ourselves questions all the time;

‘Should I stay in this job?’

‘Should I take a sabbatical?’

‘Should I write a book? ’

When these runinations are left unanswered, they become baggage, deadweight occupying the very same mindspace we need to achieve the goals we desire.

Being able to travel in our thinking, move with a rumination as far as it can, is an act of generosity for the self, and the best move we can do for our attention economy.
